What are your delivery times?

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually within 2 working days of your order being confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods this can increase to 3-5 working days. UK delivery will take a further 2-4 working days, with International delivery taking 6-7 working days.

What packaging do you use?

Your prints will be packaged in compostable sleeves and/or recyclable glassine paper to protect them from water damage, then placed into recyclable board-backed envelopes, mailing tubes or mailing boxes.

What materials do you use?

All prints are printed on high quality 230gsm archival matt paper. Please note A5 prints are printed with a small 3mm (approx) border.

Do you accept returns?

We really hope you love your item, but if you don't we accept returns within 14 days of delivery date. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. You can arrange a return from within your customer account or by emailing hello@peachesandfizz.co.uk.
