Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. You can arrange a return from within your customer account or by emailing hello@peachesandfizz.co.uk.

Any personalised products or those made to order are exempt from refunds and exchanges unless faulty. If there are any issues with your order during transit or once it’s arrived, please email hello@peachesandfizz.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve them.
